All Saints' Hannington
All Saints' Church is the oldest in our benefice, with the north wall in the middle of the picture going back to Saxon times.
The church has been added to over the centuries latterly in the 1850's with an extension (the other side of the building to our picture).
Hannington is set upon a hill and is the highest point for many hundreds of miles. A thriving community exists here and every two years Hannington Fair is held in the summer, with 3,000 to 5,000 people attending.
